Cancellation Policy

Important Information – Please Read Before Enrolling (This is a summary of our Terms & Conditions – full version available on our website) Payments & Bookings Enrolment secures your child’s spot for the entire program/term – payment is required in full by the due date on your invoice. Payments are non-refundable except in medical circumstances (proof may be required). We do not provide credits or refunds for missed sessions, including holidays, but make-up classes may be available. Late payments may incur administration fees and could result in your child being withdrawn from the program. A $25 late fee applies to invoices overdue by 10+ days. Attendance & Absences If your child will be absent, please give at least 24 hours’ notice (12 hours for holiday programs). Missed sessions without notice still require payment. Early drop-offs or late pick-ups will incur a $20 per 15 minutes fee. Health & Safety You must inform us of any medical or other conditions affecting your child. Parents/caregivers must be able to collect their child immediately if they become unwell, unsafe, or a risk to others. We may discontinue a child’s participation for inappropriate behaviour or non-payment. Privacy & Media We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional/training purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know in writing. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (available on our website). Your information is kept secure and only used for purposes related to our programs.
