(Ages 9-12)
Develop technical skills with more focus on tactical understanding and team dynamics. Emphasize game situations, positioning, and advanced skills.
Program Structure:
Warm-up:

Dynamic movements (side lunges, skipping, carioca).

Ball mastery drills (e.g., toe-touches, inside touches, and dribbling under pressure).

Passing patterns in small groups.
Skill Development:

Dribbling & 1v1s: Challenge players to beat defenders using quick turns, fakes, and changes of direction.

Passing and Receiving: Introduce one-touch passing, passing with both feet, and receiving with different parts of the foot.

Shooting and Finishing: Focus on shooting with accuracy and power, using both feet.

Tactical Awareness: Teach basic positioning, finding space, and supporting teammates.
Small-Sided Games:

4v4 or 5v5: Play to small goals or create goal-scoring opportunities. Focus on applying skills learned in game situations.

Conditioned Games: Set up situations where players have to complete a certain task (e.g., pass twice before shooting).
Cool Down:

Light jogging, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
